Twice in a week this has happened to me now. No channels available on Tivo with error code W02 and no Internet. Last time it was fixed it was an area fault despite VM staff telling me it was my Tivo box and I'd need an engineer.
I am sorry to hear that you have experienced the fault again and that previously we advised a technician was needed when it escalated into a network issue.
If you were one of the first people to call in with the fault, at that point we would treat it as an individual fault, as the day goes on, more customers may call in with the same fault from the same area, at this point it would have been escalated into a local network fault, and at that point we would assign network engineers who would resolve the issue without the need for an engineers visit.

Same here sick and tired of it yet again another damn error and when u ring they say press 1 for this two for that when u do they don't work .... Works when paying the bill though morons .... Sky here we come
