Error code C501

Hi,
I've been having problems with the series link (not recording programmes) for a number of weeks now. I've called Vigin Media but they haven't helped. I've now discovered this error code C501. Any information would be great.

Welcome to the Community!

 

Sorry to hear you're having TiVo® trouble.

 

This is an issue we've picked up with the latest update for the TiVo® but should be cleared by now.

Can you check it again for me? If it's still there, could you do a mains reset for me? Just switch the TiVo® off at the mains for one minute then turn it back on.

I've done what you said. I'm still experiencing the same issues. Also my signal strength is at 36%.
