Error code C133

For the past 3 days my TiVo box will not connect to the internet. Error code C133 is on screen.
I’ve reset the box and done all checks.
I am not very happy about this issue and the ways to get in contact with the team.
I should not have to pay a call charge for a problem that is virgin media’s responsibility, especially when my account is being charged random amounts and the direct debit that is constantly being taken out on the wrong date.

Check the service status for your area, mine is showing this (area 10):

I'm really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your box.

 

I've run diagnostics on your equipment and the box appears to be online and functioning normally at the moment. How has it been since posting? Are you still seeing the same error on screen?
