For the past 3 days my TiVo box will not connect to the internet. Error code C133 is on screen. I’ve reset the box and done all checks. I am not very happy about this issue and the ways to get in contact with the team. I should not have to pay a call charge for a problem that is virgin media’s responsibility, especially when my account is being charged random amounts and the direct debit that is constantly being taken out on the wrong date.
