Can someone help with this. When I switch on my TV I get a floating error code for 7402. I've rang the number but can't get through to anyone and followed the reset instructions a number of times. The message is still there, what can I do?
I'm sorry that the error has been populating on the TV side in the home, that's not great. I have been looking into any potential issues and I've not found any outages or any faults to say, which is good news. I would like to know, since the post to us, have you experienced anymore of this?
