Error code 7402

hi

i get a purple box with error code 7402 bouncing around my screen.

any ideas on a quick fix as I phoned in an an engineer has been booked but only available slot is 10 days away!

Firstly I'd like to welcome you to the forums and say that I'm really sorry to hear that you're having issues with this error code bouncing around your screen. 

I've done some checks on the connection, and it does appear that we are experiencing issues connecting to your TiVo® so this would be the cause of the error code. I would normally advise a technician is needed for this, but you've already arranged one. I'm really sorry to see that it is a bit of time away, I've looked to see if there is anything earlier for you, and unfortunately I can't see anything.
