Error code 6185

I've repeatedly tried to use Catchup or On demand, which I understand to be a FREE service, yet everytime I try, I get an error message and code 6185, we've just had a brand new (well new to us, I hope it's not a previously repaired machine ) box installed as the hard drive was faulty on our last one.

Thanks for posting!

I've run come checks on your account and found and issue that may have been causing the fault with your On Demand. I've sent a signal through to your TiVo® to sort it out.

Can you check to see if there is still a problem? If there is, can you give the TiVo® and quick reboot (switch off at the mains for 1 minute then switch back on)?
