I live in the Beds,Buck & Herts area. We have been getting these error codes for some 'on demand' movies for weeks. I reported problem early October. Virgin media emailed me to say problem resolved. Obviously is not.
VM web page states aware of problem and technicians working on it!
Can someone find out precisely what steps are being taken to fix? This was a often used feature for my family and its lack of availability (over several weeks) is more than a little irritating, given the money I pay for the package.

I'm sorry to read that the error 319 has appeared
I have been able to test the TV services and they are testing well, which is good news. I was able to see that the error 319 is still in affect on a few shows, can you tell me whichone you're referring to?
