Error code 3004.

I've been away and had my box switched off. I've come back and on the screen I have
You need to re-insert your smartened
I have done this. Numerous times. And switched it off whilst doing it. The card is in correctly and facing the correct way. Any ideas????

I've been able to take a look at your account and I can see that you've spoken to the team about this, I hope that means that it's been sorted? Man Happy
