Error c130

I have network availability c130 on my screen and the Internet is pretty much not working it's been happening for a while and driving me mad

1st. Check the VM website  you could have an area fault which was here trying to fix

2nd if not above try reconnecting to the virgin network. Home-help-settings-network-connect to virgin. 

If that fails you'll need to ring in for help. 150 free from a virgin phone or 03454541111
