Error W02

Evening,

I have had the W02 error on my TiVo box on a large amount of channels for over a week now and have been unable to watch a whole host of programmes. This includes rugby world cup matches. I had my box reset by a call centre operative over a week ago and was told the channels would return. They still haven't and I'm paying for a service I've not been receiving. Is there a chance this could be sorted please as its been very inconvenient and annoying.

Thanks for taking the time to visit the Community and the team on your first post, I'd like to welcome you.

 

I'm sorry to see that you've not been able to see the channels, I'd like to get on the case for you as soon as possible and get the TiVo back to its usual self. 

 

I wasn't able to gain access to your account, I would need to run some tests and I've sent you a 'Private Message', check on the little red envelope at the top left Smiley Happy

Sorry I'm on holiday at the moment so I'll reply when I am home in a few more days.
