When I view "My Shows" screen via my TiVo box I'm getting error message
"Network Availability (C130) Some features are not available right now" and a referral to www.virginmedia.com/help/tivo"
When I go to the link I can't find any information on what this might be ? So my question is - is this a temporary blip or do I need to phone Customer Services and get an engineer out to check my TiVo box ?

I've located your account and run some tests on your TiVo®. The box appears to be online and functioning at the moment.
Are you still getting the Network Availability message on screen?
Thank you for your reply - yes, I am still getting the same message ! Fortunately I still seem to be able to access "My Shows".
