Error Message C501

Hi we are experiencing problems with our Virgin media service, last night we had no network connection on the TiVo box called in and had the call centre check out our box and confirmed there was no connection, tonight we had catchup, but it just crashed again but this time with the error C501.

Can you help please?

We did have a known fault regarding error code C501 but this should be resolved now, if you're still experiencing any problems please let me know.
