Welcome to the Community!

 

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your TiVo®.

 

I'd like to try refreshing the TiVo®'s connection to our network. To do this, press Home on your remote control and select Help and Settings, Settings, Network and then Connect to Virgin Media TV Service Now.

 

Once you've done that, leave the box for about an hour to fully update.
