Error C423

Hello

 

Yet again a problem with my TiVo service. I've just had a new power pack because my 2 month old TiVo upstairs stopped working. All OK now apart from the error c423. Both living room and bedroom TiVo boxes were talking to each other before the power pack decided to break.  Now i can watch recorded programs on my upstairs TiVo any more 

Really with I had stayed with Sky and tried out their sky Q .

 

Any one got any help on this as I had to TiVo boxes for this reason so I could watch recorded programs on both boxes.

Thanks for the reboot tip as I did this on all 3 Tivos and they now talk to each other 😀
