Error C219

Have 2 boxes both connected via wifi both have been working faultlessly until last night.....followed the onscreen advice now the one box fails to connect....even though the router is fine I have Internet access & the box downstairs is also working.....how is this possible....I've spoken to the virgin team & I've now got to wait until Monday....I can't even access the other channels let alone catch up or on demand.

Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your TV service at the moment. 

That being said, I'm glad to hear that action has been planned for a member of the team to come and take a closer look and I'd love to hear how that goes.
