Error C130

I have had the above error message on one of my TiVo boxes for the last 3days. I carried out the online test which came back with the reply that there was nothing wrong with the equipment.

What is error C130, why has it suddenly occurred and how is it fixed?

I have located your account and sent some signals to the boxes so if it's still the same could you reboot the TiVo® box by the mains please and let me know if there's any change.

 

Otherwise I would like to arrange for a technician to visit your property so if you click on the purple envelope at the top right of the screen you will see a message waiting for you with further information.
