Error C130

Hi,
For the past few days I've had an error message 'C130' showing at the top of the home screen which prevents me using catch up, on demand and search amongst other things.

Any idea how to resolve this?

I have located your account and sent some hits to the box so could you reset the box by the mains and let me know if there's any change please/

 

Also can I confirm if there's a flashing light on the front of the box?
