I have not had any VM TV service for more than a month now. The message was "Starting up" for the first 2 weeks, and for the last 2 weeks it showed "Error C130". The fix date keeps being delayed again and again.
Could someone from VM let me know what is going on?
PS: and of course, the bill has just been increased. Amazing.
I believe it's a common problem for people in my area because the VM status page for my post code shows this: "Some customers may currently be getting error 319 on various Sky and Channel 4 On Demand programmes" (the error message is actually C130).
I have tried to connect VM via the setting page but it says cable is unplugged.
I have tried to phone but it took ages and no one picked up, maybe I'll try again tomorrow.
This is not the first time it happened with Virgin, last time I didn't have internet for more than a month. Luckily I decided to switch to BT for broadband so at least I still have access to internet this time.
