Error C130 and N27

Only able to access channels. Is the network down? Help!

Same issue here (Bristol BS6). Also broadband connectivity issues, which is why I'm wasting mobile data on this Forum. Only logged on to check the Service Status page, but that isn't functional either! Looks like VM is having a rough night.
