Error 7403

I am unable to pay my bill for a few days and the services have been cut off which I expected but I have the error message 7403 floating on my screen when Im trying to watch ITV

Welcome to the community Smiley Happy

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're getting this error on the TiVo® service.  If your services are restricted, then this error will show on the screen until the account is brought up to date.

 

The way channels are viewed when an account status changes is different.  This change occurred fairly recently so this error will appear on all channels.

Having changed jobs my pay date has changed and I can't pay my bill until Thursday (4 days late). I do not expect my full services to be reinstated but the floating box which is on my screen is making it impossible for me to watch anything at all. Can you help me have it removed please.
