Hi can someone help. Account paid this morning. Internet and phone working - TV not working showing error 7403. Phoned customer service, they were not interested said wait 24 hours. Now the TV is showing black screen. Never had this before. I think its a signal error? Can someone help.
24 plus hours later - still have no TV. Reset box etc etc. Phoned technical last night, still being told to wait. So how much longer should I wait - a week ? Is there any one who can help ? Many Thanks.
