Error 7403 Account Paid No TV

Hi can someone help. Account paid this morning. Internet and phone working - TV not working showing error 7403. Phoned customer service, they were not interested said wait 24 hours. Now the TV is showing black screen. Never had this before. I think its a signal error? Can someone help.

24 plus hours later - still have no TV. Reset box etc etc. Phoned technical last night, still being told to wait.  So how much longer should I wait  - a week ?  Is there any one who can help ?  Many Thanks.

I'm so sorry to learn about the problems with your TV service, I've been able to locate your account to take a closer look at this from our end for you.

 

I can see that an engineer has been this morning, how did the visit go? Fingers crossed everything is as it needs to be but if that's not the case, just let us knowMan Happy
