Error 7400

At the end of September I downgraded my package to just have broadband and no TV and was told I could keep the TV package until 31 October (tomorrow). When I got up this morning I saw error code 7400 on screen. Have Virgin Media downgraded me early or is it a general fault?

I was also told that I would be sent a box to return the TiVo but I have not received that yet, has that been sent?

Sorry to hear this had happened and I would like to welcome you to the community.

 

Unfortunately because you've now been disconnected there isn't much we can do now but please let me know if you don't receive the return package which can take 3-5 working days from disconnection and I will chase this up for you.
