I just got Virgin and self installed and have the 7400 error. Restarting doesn't help. Tried to call but after being on hold for a while I just keep getting cut off. Please help.

Sorry to hear you're having TiVo® trouble.
I've sent a signal to your box to try and resolve the issue. All I need you to do is reboot the TiVo® at the mains to see if it's worked.
Just switch the TiVo® off at the mains, leave it off for about a minute, then switch it back on.
