Error 7400

Hi all, we only got our virgin box a few days ago and decided to set it up ourselves, we phoned to activate it but the agent said there was a problem with the connection, we now have a picture on the tv but error 7400 is on the screen? Any ideas how to solve this?

Welcome to the Community Forum, I'm sorry that you are experiencing problems with your new Virgin box. Apologies as well for the delay in getting back to you.

 

I've been able to look into this for you and can see that you have called in and the box is now activated. Is the box working for you now?
