Error 7400

Got a second TIVO box and called to activate it what happened after I activated it took my other services off my other tivo box now got to wait 72 hours for engineer out of order for a big customer

I'm really sorry to hear that you've had some issues since setting up your additional TiVo®, I've taken a look at things from this end, and can see that the technician has already called out for you. 

How did everything go for you with the technician, I sure hope all is good now.
