Error 7011

Got quick start package to replace old v+. Every time try to set up stops on configuring ip connections. Phoned, checked all leads like asked, then was told would take up to an hour, no problem but just keeps stopping on same error. Wish I'd kept the v+ box!!! Only use it upstairs.
