Error 7011 new TIVO box

Received a quick start last week, the broadband is working but the Tivo is not and keeps saying Connection Error 7011 and IP connection error. 

Sick of calling virgin every day to be told there is a fault in the area and it will be fixed by an engineer the same day and then it is delayed every single day to the next day... Since all other neighbours have virgin working fine, and I have a new box I think it is just an error with my cabling and not due to the supposed area fault...

Sick of this issue, please help!

I am sorry to read about the error you've posted about on the TV services, I would like to help and can see that the TiVo is showing some really healthy signs.
