Error 7011 IP connections.

hi just received TiVo box, all good, did all the required connections etc phone activation etc now stuck on configuring ip connection.....!! Error code 7011. The Internet is working fine and I've done some looking around the forum, apparently "sending some sigals to my box" seems to be the resolution most of the time?

Please help.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble activating your TiVo®.

 

I've run a diagnostic on your equipment but I can't seem to pull any data from the TiVo® at the moment. Are you still experiencing the same error?
