Every time I try and get on demand I get error code 6185. I've unplugged and restarted the box.Does anyone have some fix that doesn't involve me spending half my night on the phone to customer services?
Any help us greatly appreciated.

Firstly I'd like to welcome you to the forums, and say that I'm really sorry to hear that you're having an issue watching on demand at the moment.
I've done some testing on this, and can see that there is an issue, which I'll need you to call in and discuss with our Customer service department.
