Error 6096 when trying to watch a rented movie...

Hi there,

I earlier rented Lego Movie to watch with the family but have not been able to watch it & says the code 6096.

I have checked service status etc.. and there are no problems.

Please advise what to do.

I have the same problem, I have phoned 150, they ran their tests, no problem with my equipment either. Apparently it's a fault in my area and engineers working on it, could take 12-24 hours! I'm in B62 area.

I'm sorry to hear that you're getting this error when watching The Lego Movie.  I have taken a look and got this reported to one of our fault teams for you.

As it has been escalated, this will be investigated.  I have taken a look at your box remotely and signal wise all looks fine from here and there's not high demand issues at present that I can see.

Hopefully all should be ok in the next 24-48 hours.  I'm sorry for the disruption.

If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to ask.
