Error 407

On demand has not worked for two days now what is going on sort it out please

Welcome to the Virgin Community, I'm very sorry to learn about the problems you're experiencing with your On Demand service recently.

 

I've located your account using your forum information and I've been able to run some tests on the set top box form our end for you. We're not seeing any errors from our end at the moment so I hope that means things are working as they should?

 

If not, get in touch and I'll do what I can do take another look for you right away.
