Error 407 and empty promises

I can see that other people here have managed to get support to fix my error... I've had absolutely no joy over the telephone.

Basically everytime I purchase a movie I get the error 407 and told to try again later... Which never works and means wasting more time to phone up and get a credit for the film we couldn't watch.

Been told its a technical issue and had a network issue raised with no joy.

Another wastee call and im being told its a hardware issue, had a technician out to fix it to be told its an account issue and that he'd raise a ticket which would be dealt with the next day.

That was a week and a half ago now.

I do hope that this post gets the attention of the online team and I hope that it can be sorted soon because I'm getting pretty bored of such a poor level of service.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

 

I can see on your account that this issues has been raised and that there are no signal problems with your Virgin box so hopefully this error code should of been resolved for you now.

 

Please let me know if you're experiencing any further issues.
