Error 405

Tried watching Beauty and the Beast tonight and twice had to restart from the beginning due to error 405. Not good enough, alongside previous episodes of pixelation while watching on demand movies. This is a very poor service and I look forward to the contract terminating.

Welcome to the Community, I'm very sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your TV service recently.

 

I've checked this out from our end and we're not detecting any errors from our end at the moment, I hope that means that things are working as they should at the moment?
