Area 20 Had issue where can't get On Demand for nearly 48 hrs. 24 hrs ago got a letter saying my bill is due to increase!! On the edge about leaving at the minute. Not happy with sluggish internet either!! Can anyone point me in the right direction. Don't feel getting value of £135 a month at all!!
