Error 319

Error 319 is ruining my life!  Im trying to keep positive but when the tech support is, don't worry try again in 24hrs, but it happens every night then thats not acceptable.  Hopefully Virgin can fix soon, at the moment I can't wait until my contract is up and I can go back to SKY.

Welcome to the Community, I'm so sorry for the problems you're experiencing with your TV service. 

 

Are you noticing this issue occur with content from a certain provider? Or at a certain time of day? Or are you noticing this error appear with all On Demand and Catch Up content? 

 

I've located your account to take a closer look at this from our end, we're not detecting any immediate errors so I hope that means things are working better for you?
