Error 319

I've been having 319 Errors ever since joining Virgin just before Xmas (nearly 2 months).  I mainly watch on demand TV so I finding this a complete deal breaker.  I have spent many hours onto customer services sometimes waiting 30 mins to get through to customer services just to be put on hold for for 15mins for someone in customer relations.  They are not able to tell when it will be fixed.  Has anyone else had this problem?  Did you resolve it, or were you able to get out of the contract and return to a reliable provider?  Does anyone else know if Richard Branson has any involvement in Virgin still?  I wonder if its worth a twitter campaign?

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your On Demand.

 

I've located your account and I can't see any issues with the network. I can, however see an issue with your Downstream Power levels that will need to be adjusted by a technician.
