Error 319

I have been trying to watch a programme on catch up for 4 days now but keep getting the error 319 stating it's unavailable. I have reset many times to no avail any ideas ? Thanks

Welcome to the community Smiley Happy

 

We're currently experiencing issues where mostly Sky content is displaying the error code 319 so can I just confirm whether the programs you're trying to watch are also from Sky?

 

I can only apologise for the inconvenience this is causing at the moment but if you have a box has the recording function I would recommend recording programs until this has been resolved.
