Virgin have aaid the problem will be fixed by the 17th, we can only wait and see. I'm able to watch on demand in SD on the app, is that an option for you?
This has been a problem all month where I live in Gloucester. I think they must be in breach of contract by now. Date of resolution keeps being put back. Are you fixed yet?
