This seems to becoming a regular error coming up. I did post this as a reply to another thread with the same problem but no response.
I have had this for over a week now and it still hasn't rectified itself. I've turned the box on and off a few times and still nothing. My second box works fine, just the main one. Help please.
Call into the Faults department. They should fix this straight away for you.

Sorry to hear that you have been getting error 3010 on your TiVo® box.
When I checked your account, the TV service is showing as stable with no errors and no local faults reported.
Are you still getting this error or has it been resolved?
