Thanks for your post on the Community. I'm sorry to hear that you are getting the 319 error when trying to view Season 2 of 30 Degrees in February, Episode 8.

Checking this on our office TiVo®, I can see that it's now available. Error 319 with On Demand content is a known issue where there is a delay in the programme access. Our technicians are aware of this problem and working to resolve this issue.

Hi. No we still can't watch it as of yesterday when we last checked. Error 319 has been going on for ages now so disappointing we are still experiencing this. The virgin Media rates go up but the service doesn't!!
