Entire service is down

Router hasn't worked for the last 12 hours. Just has the green light flashing which I think means it's searching for the Virgin network and my TV which has a Virgin box isn't displaying any channels through the box itself. Any advice on this issue would be fantastic as this is coming to be a monthly occurrence now which is making me strongly consider changing providers

Thanks for posting and I'm sorry to learn about the issues you've been experiencing.

 

I hope this has been resolved for you but if it hasn't please let me know so I can take a closer look.
