I am so disappointed with virginmedia. I have been with them just 2 months because I moved house. Since connected with them my broadband and phone disconnected twice. The engineers visits takes nearly a week to come and fix it. It seems like I keep on having new installation twice. They couldn't fix it straight away. With my previous provider it never happened. I thought they are the best but seems like worst with customer care. I even brought this problem to the manager and promised to get it sorted and to phone us but we're waiting and obviously didn't happen.What a waste of time for us waiting their call.

Our appointments vary depending on the technician's availability and workload in your area. On some occasions we can get a technician to you the next day but, if the area is particularly busy, it can take a little longer.
