Hi, does anyone have a direct email for TiVo support?
My box has stopped working completely, power cable is fine but no power in box no fan, lights etc on box. Can't contact support via message as always get no-one available message. Have tried phoning (only have mobile) and been on hold for over 20mins before being cut off. Last time I had issues I took over 2 weeks before I finally managed to get through by phone.
