ERROR (C130)

Error( C130)
Our TiVo box is showing error C130 with no network connection, and we have no channel guide info. Our broadband is working fine however.

Worth checking the VM website fir any problems in your area. TiVo has its own broadband connection so it works separately from your BB 

 

Also try 

 

home-help-settings- network-connect to VM

I was checking the website does not have any problems in my area.I also reset the Tivo box and turned off and did not help.  And second one of the green lights on my tivo box is flashing

Well if

 

home-settings-network-connect doesn't work you'll have to phone in and report it.

I'm sorry to read about that error message C130, looks like after running some test from my end I've been able to see an issue and would certainly need some help. Your Downstream power levels aren't working as they should be.

Engineer replaced TiVo box to a new Smiley Happy Everything works fine
