Just got my new package this morning and i have set it all up the internet is working fine but my tv box keeps trying to connect to the ip and failing, it just comes up with connection error (7011).

I've located your account to run some tests on the set top box and we're not detecting any issues, I hope that means that things are working as they should at the moment?
