EPG Broken - To be announced

The TV guide on my Tivo is completely broken.

I have tried:-

1. Rebooting
2. home - help - network - connect to VM services

Neither have worked. Below is the detail from the network connection page. Please fix this soon as I do not like having to resort to internet tv listings!

Last status: Failed
Network cable unplugged.

Looks like its your box , not a network fault (at a guess)

Which TiVo do you have? The old one or the new V6?

It is an old gen box. I would be happy to upgrade to V6 but apparently they cannot do it through their website and they insist that I call, which I don't want to do! I rather communicate by email.

The issue is it cannot connect to the VM Media service- thats the gubbins that sends the EPG and updates.

Without that working the EPG will not update. Wait for staff to pick it up, they can run some tests their end. You could try a couple of manual updates in a row, sometimes that forces it, but theres not much else you can do. If live TV is okay, your receiving a signal okay, its just the media service it cant see.

On the TiVo® Home screen, do you have a message displayed 'Network Availability'?
