Both my broadband and TV services started dropping a couple of times a week four-five weeks ago, rising to a few times a day over the last month. More recently it cuts out for a few seconds for hours at a time and then comes back. I run the online tests each time(max 3 times a day) and then call VM. Each time they book an engineer and then later cancel it as say they're aware of the problem. An engineer still came a few weeks ago and advised this is going to continue until May. I've tried to make a complaint via VM customer support but they don't call back. Is anyone else experiencing this issue and if yes, how did you resolve it. TV picture currently dropping every 3-4 seconds and it's infuriating.
