I mannaged to drop my TiVo box and now it's knackered, has a green and red light on most of the time with intermittent flashes of all the lights coming on. What do i do about sorting out a new box? Looked online and couldn't find anything.
You should call customer services faults dept in the normal way. However, free replacements don't cover accidental damage, so you may be charged for a replacement.
