Drop outs

We have been recording christmas movies and the quality is terrible. They are pixalated and lines across the screen. It is similar when using sky and there is a high wind.

this could be down to signal issues if this is the case the team can check this out for you if you have issues im only a customer member off the forum team /helper only helping the team i think my guess is that its a signal problem with box which requires a engineer to fix it khs cheers for posting jonni

ive got signal issues tonight vintage music channel breaking up also vh1 its signal iisues or tuners are at fault

Hi then you need to phone & go down the faults route they will test signal strength while you are on the phone, and if necessary make an appointment for an engineer to replace your box Regards Micky
