Re: Download show

Download from where to where?

What is it you want to download - Live TV, Catch Up, On Demand or recordings from My Shows?

Re: Download show

On Demand with Virgin Media is true On Demand. Sky's implementation to allow downloads was necessary as their way of providing On Demand.

However, that is not the issue here.

You say episode 3 is available, not episodes 1 and 2. This generally means that these are from a current series where episodes are only available for 7 or 30 days since first broadcast.

What is the program and on which channel and I'll confirm?

Re: Download show

It would appear that the window for Catch Up on Channel 4 is only 7 days as only episode 3 is currently available. You will have to use Channel 4’s catch up service through an app on a mobile device or their website on a PC or Mac if you wish to watch these first two episodes.

I suggest, rather than relying on On Demand, that you set up series links for any important series so that you have full access to them, even after the catch up window has closed.

I attach a few screenshots to show availability on Catch Up with Virgin Media and one to show all three are currently available on Channel 4’s All4 Catch Up service.
